Let there be light, A brussels challenge

Alice is in her early 30’s.
This typical Brussels “Maison de Maître” of 78 m2 is her first investment in real estate.
She is as independant as she is a warm person. Alice also loves to travel, therefore she had an idea:
renting her place on AirBnb to help her finance her home.

She needed my help to craft a warm, bright and personal place for herself
but also for welcoming each guest to stay for a night or two.
A place where each guest would immediately feel at home,
with no need of a user’s manual, open yet private.

When you walk in your eyes can embrace the whole space at one glance including
its 3 main rooms (kitchen+dining, living room & bedroom), yet each room is visually divided by either
small sets of stairs or by double doors that you can close at your convenience.
